Charles Ramstad is a Real Property Law Specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He began his law practice in 1985 and concentrates in the areas of Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Consumer Bankruptcy, Business, Probate, Municipal, and Environmental Law. Charlie is City Attorney for Frazee, Audubon, and Lake Park and is legal counsel to the Pelican River Watershed District. He is an active member of the Detroit Lakes Noon Rotary Club and has served on the boards of the Lake Agassiz Regional Library and the Detroit Lakes Regional Chamber of Commerce.
